Solveig's petition should identify precisely which of the distillery's own systems she holds and what makes each of them the company's rather than the field's, which for a rotation model built around particular warehouses and a particular climate is a concrete argument rather than a rhetorical one. It should also answer the question an adjudicator will ask anyway, which is why the American operation cannot simply hire locally. If the truthful answer is that an experienced American maturation manager could learn the model in a fortnight, the petition is weak and the group would do better to consider a shorter arrangement or a different structure.
