Ask of every exhibit whether it could have come from another distillery
That single question sorts the file quickly. A diploma in brewing and distilling, a cask management short course, a conference paper on maturation, all of them could have come from anywhere and belong outside the petition. The specification sheet naming this distillery's yeast strain and its propagation steps could not.
Nor could the rotation model with warehouse positions and movement rules, the blending matrix with its decision thresholds, or the internal audit in which Solveig set corrective actions. Build the statement around those, with an exhibit against each numbered paragraph, and add the practical evidence of scarcity: how many colleagues hold the same knowledge, how they were trained, and how long bringing an outside hire to the same point would take, with the reasoning behind the estimate. The file also needs the corporate relationship, proof both entities are trading, and payroll establishing the qualifying year abroad.
