Records generated in the ordinary course of business: the approval thresholds he signs against, tender files carrying his authorization, the pricing methodology in his name, allocation decisions between projects, and the budgets he owns. Assertions about seniority persuade nobody without that paper behind them.
Look for the documents the company already produces
A file assembled specially for a petition reads as advocacy, while the same facts drawn from ordinary records read as evidence. Cormac's file should include the delegation of authority setting out what he may approve without reference upward, several tender submissions bearing his authorization, the estimating standard or pricing model he wrote and maintains, minutes or emails recording his decisions on crew allocation between competing jobs, and the annual budget for the function with his name against it. Add a chart placing him relative to the directors above and the estimators below, and payroll confirming his continuous employment.
On the American side, produce the acquired company's current payroll and the plan for the function once he arrives, including any positions still to be filled with the dates and money behind them. Where documents exist in another language, complete certified English translations are required.
